W.O. for stall

Dax was boring for search and wait stall and dropped self from tourney. Sad. :-(
Stall got WARNING for totally ignore IRC for schedule games - most of his games was played only after my personal "slaps" of him on servers.
Every player MUST search his opponent self, but not idle on servers/IRC and think that opponent have to search him.
With warning is active till end of next season too.
