My map. Wasn't really sure what to expect here but it all went surprisingly well. I managed to play it Bogart, score a comfortable lead and keep the pace down. Omny tried a few sneak attacks without success and I kept it safe up until around the 9-minute marker when he finally managed to take me down and get a few spawnfrags to even out the score. I retaliated in the final seconds tho and the rest is history. A welldeserved win if I may say so.

I had a feeling this game would be similar to the prior, except with the tables turned. I was right. Omny got the better start (finne-fullstartinen vafan??), took me down and gained a few spawnfrags on top of that. I managed to lower the pace once again, make a small comeback and even out the scores a bit. At this point I could've turned the game around but I was never a good temposwitcher at dm4 so he slipped through my hands and that concluded my spawnfragging session. I kept the pace down hoping for a second chance. It never came and Omny played a solid game and took me down in most fights with some welldeserved spawnfrags on top of that, hence the result. He was clearly the better man here.

We threw our respective homemaps as well as the shitstains of QW dueling, ending up with this map as decider. I managed to play a solid game in the beginning and gain a 5 frag lead, then the rust in the qw-part of my brain suddenly came knocking at the door. I make a makes-no-sense maneuver, died and omny profited on that by gaining a couple of spawnfrags and even it out.
I managed to keep the game at a slow pace tho and even snuck away with most of a RA left and mega still ticking. Was still a bit frustrated with letting him into the match like that when the second setback hit; a few minutes in, my connection froze for 10 seconds or so as I had high grounds on a fairly safe spot. When I got back I had omny in my ass, most likely from him using the teleport step to high rl. He had been a sport about it tho and didn't take advantage of my helpless lagged out avatar. He asked me if I was ready and I said yes, threw a halfassed rocket at him and he shafted me dead. The situation was nobody's fault but my ISP's ofc but it was enough to send my gameplay even further down the shitter.
The rest of the game was me playing a passive game, keeping the score down and not really trying as hard as I know I'm capable of on this map. Towards the end of regular timelimit something happened though; I took him down and just started chasing. It was enough to even out the score but I was short of a few cells nailing the deciding frag. Game went into overtime and my patience was gone. Good games and good luck to Omny.

Could've gone in eithers favor. Tight as a tiger. Apokalypze had one nasty lag spike that stopped the game and mixed it a bit.
